NO COMPENSATION POLICY

If the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Website did not meet your expectations, no compensation will be given as per the Return and Exchange policy. The customer cannot request compensation for any reason, including but not limited to: any variation in the finish or appearance of the final product; any delay in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances; any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damage of any kind caused by a product; missed opportunities to avail certain discounts; any issue with our Delivery partners or their personnel; any voucher which got deactivated due to the end of expiry date; unavailability of items which the customer tried to purchase etc. Unreasonable and unlawful requests for compensation will be treated as loss to business cases. RhuaIndia holds the rights to cancel orders and block accounts of such customers without any prior notice.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless www.rhuaonline.com  by Rhua India, from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by www.rhuaonline.com  that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by you pursuant to these Terms.

SHIPPING

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon Rhua India's shipment to the shipping carrier. 

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of the Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of these Terms shall continue to be in full force and effect.

 APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting www.rhuaonline.com  , you agree that the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the Delhi High Court, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and www.rhuaonline.com  or its affiliates.

DISPUTES 

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to www.rhuaonline.com  or to products you purchase through www.rhuaonline.com  shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in New Delhi, India, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate www.rhuaonline.com  intellectual property rights, www.rhuaonline.com  may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in India or internationally, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing under the Indian Arbitration Act. The arbitrator award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

We've done our best to reflect the colours of the products on our website as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's depiction of any colour will be correct because the colours you see will be dependent on your monitor. Always Dry clean only.

The cut, materials, and style of each garment determine how well it fits. Some garments are styled to be looser and more relaxed, while others are styled to be more fitted. Please refer to our sizing chart to determine which size is ideal for you.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

On orders transported internationally, please contact us at (rhua.care@gmail.com) within 48 hours of receiving your order if any product you ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise supplied is different from what you ordered.

Duties, taxes, and tariffs paid by the consumer are not included in refunds on foreign orders
