SHIPPING REFUNDS AND RETURNS


REFUND POLICY 

We want you to cherish your purchase. If there are any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. Each garment is made to order, crafted just for you.

After you place an order, we don’t offer exchanges or returns. However, if you need alterations, we’re here to help. 

 We're pleased to offer complimentary basic alterations for up to 90 days after your purchase as part of our Post Purchase Service.

In the event that you receive a damaged product, we are happy to arrange an exchange for you.

    SHIPPING 

    Rhua India is devoted to delivering your item in a timely manner with high-quality packing. Except on Sundays and public holidays, we ship every day of the week.

    • For orders within India, we use registered courier firms.
    • Rhua India is a make-to-order company with the goal of reducing waste. This means that orders are only processed after they have been verified online.
    • Orders are typically delivered within 20-25 business days* for international purchases and 15-20 business days for domestic purchases.
    • After the orders are placed, we will send you an email of confirmation.
    • Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

    SHIPPING CHARGES                                                                                 

    • Within India, shipping is free.
    • We offer regular shipping charges for foreign purchases as per actuals depending on the region, weight, and volume of the cargo.

    DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    • Duties and taxes are not included in overseas orders and are in addition to any shipping and handling expenses paid at checkout.
    • Most countries levy tariffs on imported goods at the port of entry, and the amount varies depending on the destination country and the products imported.
    • After receiving an invoice from the shipping agent, you must pay the appropriate customs and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery.

     

    SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

    All orders are processed at our Delhi, India warehouse/workshop. Orders will be delivered to the address specified during the checkout process.

    TRACKING PACKAGE

    Orders that have been processed and dispatched can be monitored on the shipping agency's website using the consignment/tracking number. We will provide you your tracking number as well as information on the shipping agency once your product has been sent.

    AVAILIBILITY ISSUES DURING DELIVERY

    Our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver the package before returning it to us. Please include a complete and accurate shipping address, as well as a phone number. This will allow us to deliver your order more quickly.

     

    MODES OF PAYMENT 

    We take all major debit and credit cards as well as Net Banking from major banks for shipping to India. Please write on rhua.care@gmail.com if you wish to pay through any other method.

     

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    • Only defective or damaged items will be replaced. Send us an email at rhua.care@gmail.com if you need to swap it for the same item.
    • You will be responsible for any shipping expenses associated with returning your goods.
    • The time it takes for your returned product to reach you will vary depending on where you reside.

    Cancellation & Refund

    • Rhua is a designer label that operates on a 'made-to-order' basis. Cancellation and refunds are not possible once an order has been placed.
    • Our manufacture is labour and hand intensive, from textile weaving to the final stitch in a garment, which means that orders currently in progress which means that orders already underway cannot be cancelled or refunded.
    • We now have a fulfilment timeframe of 25-30 business days for online orders.  In addition, our outfits are made by hand block printing, hand embroidery, stitching, and hand finishing. All of these processes are time-consuming and labour-intensive, and human errors and unanticipated delays are unavoidable in many cases.
    • Please note that in the event of a natural disaster, war, calamity, or pandemic, our fulfilment timeframe does not include unforeseen and out of our control delays. If any of the above occurrences occur, your order will be processed and sent after our manufacturing and supply networks have resumed normal operations.

     

    EXCHANGE IS POSSIBLE IF:

    • Damaged products are supplied.
    • Company delivers wrong products by accident.
    • After receiving the product at the concerned department, the damaged product will be examined and returned to the customer.
